Standex International Corporation is a manufacturer of a variety of products and provides services for selected market segments. The Company operates in five segments: Food Service Equipment, Air Distribution Products, Engraving Products, Hydraulics Products and Engineered Products. The Company has 12 operating units. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company operated a total of 84 manufacturing plants and warehouses located throughout the United States, Western Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore, China, Brazil and Mexico. The Company owned 36 of the facilities and the balance were leased.
