Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. is a provider of offshore supply vessels (OSVs) serving the offshore oil and gas industry, primarily in the United States, Gulf of Mexico, and in select international markets. The primary focus of the Company's OSV business is on exploration and production activities, which include deepwater, ultra-deepwater, deep well and other logistical projects. Such other projects include, among others, the construction, installation, inspection, repair and maintenance of offshore infrastructure and military and specialty services. Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. also provides to other vessel owners, vessel management services, including crewing, daily operations management and maintenance activities. Through its ocean-going tug and tank barge (TTB) segment, the Company is a transporter of petroleum products serving the energy industry, primarily in the northeastern United States, Gulf of Mexico and Puerto Rico.
