(the operating partnership) and the subsidiaries of the operating partnership, is engaged in the business of owning, acquiring, developing, redeveloping and managing technology-related real estate. The Company is focused on providing Turn-Key Datacenter and Powered Base Building datacenter solutions for domestic and international tenants across a variety of industry verticals ranging from information technology and Internet enterprises, to manufacturing and financial services. As of December 31, 2007, the Company's portfolio consisted of 70 properties, excluding one property held as an investment in an unconsolidated joint venture, 58 were located throughout North America, and 12 were located in Europe. Its properties are diversified in major markets where corporate datacenter and technology tenants are concentrated.
